2. Service Description

Watchtower Local provides automated tools for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing Google Business Profiles. This includes:

• Automated rank tracking and keyword scanning.
• Aggregation of public business data for competitive analysis.
• Historical performance reporting and data visualization.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Use the automated scanning tools responsibly and in compliance with applicable third-party terms.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Subscription & Payments

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via our payment processor (Stripe).

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Watchtower Local provides the Service "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

• Application usage metrics and feature interactions.
• System logs for security and performance optimization.

Data Processing & Third Parties

We utilize trusted third-party services to operate our infrastructure. We do not sell your data.

• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
• Google Cloud / Firebase: Secure database storage, authentication, and hosting.
• Resend: Delivery of transactional emails (login links, alerts).
• Vercel: Application hosting and serverless infrastructure.

Data Security & Retention

We employ industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and rest. Historical ranking data is retained to provide long-term reporting features but can be deleted upon request.
